It is the right choice when you already carry a phone to every job, when you need something that lives in a glovebox, or when you are buying your first inspection camera and would rather not pay for a screen.

Connection and compatibility

Connects over USB-C or Lightning to iPhone and most Android phones. Wired means it works the moment it is plugged in — no Bluetooth handshake, no Wi-Fi hotspot competing with the building's, no lag between moving the tip and seeing it move.

Sizing

Camera diameters of 5.5 mm, 6.2 mm, and 8.5 mm on 1 m to 3 m cables in flexible, semi-rigid, and rigid form. Both 2-way and 4-way articulating probes are available. All IP67 rated with adjustable LEDs.

When to choose a screen instead

If you work in wet conditions, wear gloves, or need to record evidence without tying up your phone, a borescope with a built-in screen is the more practical tool.
