Founded in Shenzhen, China in 2010, Ralcam is a factory-direct manufacturer of articulating borescopes and industrial inspection cameras. We are not a reseller — every product sold on this site is designed, built, and quality-tested at our own facility before it ships to you.
Over 15 years we have grown to a team of approximately 130 people, shipped more than 500,000 inspection cameras worldwide, and hold 29 utility and design patents across our product line. We serve customers in the United States, Germany, Russia, and 40+ countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Our business spans both B2B and B2C markets. We work directly with automotive service distributors, workshop equipment suppliers, and individual professionals, and offer flexible OEM and ODM services for brands seeking custom inspection camera solutions.
Research & Development
Ralcam's R&D team of approximately 15 engineers drives continuous advancement in borescope technology. With deep expertise in optical engineering, articulation mechanics, embedded systems, and image processing algorithms, our engineers have developed patented designs across our full product lineup.
Key innovations include 2-way and 4-way independent articulation systems, modular probe interchange architecture, UV fluorescent imaging for non-destructive crack and weld inspection, and the Q3 visual evaporator cleaning borescope — a product category we created from scratch.
In 2025, our team expanded into automated inspection robotics with the SM-01, designed for mold inspection, aerospace engine checks, and shipbuilding applications. Every product starts as an engineering problem we choose to solve.
Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our Shenzhen manufacturing facility runs 6 dedicated production lines with a combined team of approximately 130 staff. Standard sample lead time is 48 hours; mass production lead time is 10–20 days.
Quality control operates at two stages: in-line inspection during assembly (articulation range, probe sealing, cable integrity) and final inspection on every completed unit before packaging. Verified parameters include IP67 waterproof rating, LED output, image resolution, button function, and battery performance.
In 2024 we adopted OKR management and lean production practices to tighten cycle times and reduce defect rates. The result is a published return rate well below the consumer electronics category average, and 24-hour after-sales response backed by engineers, not scripts.
Precision Manufacturing & Advanced Equipment
Ralcam delivers industrial borescopes built with precision manufacturing and advanced equipment. Using CNC machining, optical calibration, and strict quality testing, we ensure high accuracy, durability, and reliable performance for global inspection needs.
Every probe body is machined to tolerance, every CMOS sensor is optically calibrated, and every articulation joint is torque-tested before assembly. This level of process control is what separates a manufacturer from a brand that resells OEM hardware.
